German mid century ca 1950, ALBO (Albert Bodemer) 835 sterling silver and cut crystal master salt cellar in the shape of a crowing rooster. The reticulated wings properly open and close. Comes with a sterling silver 925 master salt spoon with a floral repousse handle. The rooster and spoon are in excellent condition. No nicks, chips, or cracks to the crystal bowl. No scratches or gouges to the silver. No pitting or corrosion. No stains or discoloration to the crystal or silver. The bird stands approximately 3 1/2″ in height and approximately 2 1/2″ in length.
