Birks was established in Canada by Henry Birks in 1879. Birks is Canadian high end jewelry and luxury items retailer, and is rightfully equaled to the American Tiffany. The holder and spoons are beautifully shaped, adorned with Hildesheimer Rose. The top handle of the tray holder. The salt spoon has 835 mark on the bowl, the pepper spoon looks like it has a hallmark on the back of the handle, but hard to read. The open salt and pepper spoon set with 2 spoons is as seen in the photos. The sterling silver holder is 3 tall at the top of the handle, 4.5 long and 2.2 wide. Spoon measures 2.5 long. Antique Hildesheimer Rose sterling silver. Open salt and pepper spoon set. Is in very good condition with minimal signs of age.
