Nice figural rolling salt and pepper caddy. Hallmarks on top please see photos. Rolls fine one of the axles for the wheels is drilled off-center a bit. My guess, this was done intentionally to keep it from rolling off the table. I did a basic cleaning of the metal for a laymen such as myself ..
