A beautiful cased pair of solid sterling silver salt cellars and spoons. They are hallmarked for Birmingham 1894 with the makers marks WHL for William Henry Leather; subsequently W H Leather & Son. They have been beautifully made with the salts being in the form of shells with three ball feet and the bowls of the spoons also in the form of shells with ball terminals. They are all in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs as is the case. The salts measure over 1.75 inches (4.7cms) across by 2 inches (5cms) wide by 0.75 inch (2cms) tall and the spoons measure 2 inches (5cms) long by 0.5 inch (1.5cms) wide and have a combined weight of 22 grams excluding the case.
