FINE STERLING SILVER REDLICH & CO. SALT CELLARS EARLY 1900’S. Presented is a pair of fine sterling silver salt cellars made by Redlich & Company in the early 1900’s. These are well made and attractive salt cellars. The salt cellars have a fancy rococo style design at the top of the bowl and along the base. Both salt cellars are monogrammed in a flowing script. The monogram is difficult to make out but it may be BCW, please refer to the photos. The inside of each salt cellar has been professionally cleaned with a brush finish. Each salt cellar is marked B. B. B. For Bailey, Banks, and Biddle company, the retailer. Beneath that is a griffin, the maker’s mark for Redlich & Company, sterling, the serial number 4442, and the letter D. The salt cellars are in excellent condition. There are no splits, no dents, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
