The cellars are done in a classical paneled form, each standing on an octagonal pedestal foot. The cellars are beautifully hand chased with delicate foliate and scrollwork designs. These pieces have been professionally cleaned and are spotless inside and out. The cellars come with spoons, which are a marriage but match admirably. Each spoon has a monogram of T on the handle. This pair is in great condition. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs. Each salt is stamped with the Reed & Barton maker’s mark as well as sterling and the number 626C. The spoons are marked with the Frank Whiting maker’s mark as well as sterling. Each salt measures about 3 1/4 inches from end to end and about 2 inches tall. Each spoon is about 3 5/8 inches long. The total weight for the pair is 176.7 grams or 6.2 regular ounces.
