Antique Black Starr & Frost Sterling Silver 925 Master Salt Cellar Cobalt Blue. Gorgeous salt Cellar, looks larger than your typical salt Cellar so I’m assuming this is a master? See dimensions in photos. The silver is heavily detailed with a design of floral rose repousse and on fancy scroll feet. Hallmarked on underside as shown in photos.
