Up for sell is a 19th Century Victorian Period Sterling Silver Open Salt Cellar Service complete with all 4 original Spoons. The Service also comes complete with it’s original fitted Presentation Case which is almost always missing. The Service is quite fabulous with great Victorian form to the Bowls and Spoons featuring nicely scalloped rims and great cannon ball feet. The Service displays beautifully and would be perfect for modern use as well with the Salt Bowls measuring 1-1/2″ wide across the tops by 1″ tall and the Spoons measuring 1-7/8 long. All the pieces are Hallmarked for the fine Period Silversmiths Horace Woodward & Co (Edgar Finley & Hugh Taylor), England, Sterling Silver and the Date Letter for 1891.
