High quality solid sterling silver designer commemorative, Goldsmiths’ Company’s Salt Cellar 1327 – 1977 Designed by Alex Styles a liveryman of the Company, and made by Naylor Brothers. Small drum salt to celebrate 650th Anniversary of the Company’s first Royal Charter. The body is decorated with a photoetched interpretation of the Company’s arms. Made in the Queens Silver Jubilee year 1977 with special jubilee mark as well as the hallmark. Three small dot marks inside the gilt bowl otherwise in excellent condition with no damage, repair or wear. 2.3″ x 1.25″ or 58mm x 32mm, weight 76.5 grams. With original leaflet and box.
