Pair of Antique Edwardian 1907 Sterling Solid Silver Salt Dish Pot Cellar Bowls
Welcome to William Sharpe Antiques. Here today for your consideration we have this stunning pair of sterling silver salt cellars, made by Edward Souter Barnsley of Birmingham, c-1907. Each piece in this matching pair stands upon four decorative feet, having a bulbous body and finished with a Georgian-style pie crust edge. Condition is fair, with no structural damage to the silver of note. The liners are missing, and the interiors of the bowls are a bit rough, with join marks showing as per the photos. Regardless, it’s a charming and delightful pair for the collection. Each piece measures about 8cm x 6xm and stands about 3.5cm tall. Unpacked, they weigh a combined 104gms which is quite respectable.
