Presented is a vintage pair of sterling silver and enamel salt cellars made by CC Hermann of Denmark between the 1940s and the 1960s. The inside of each oblong bowl is enameled in a rich, deep blue hue. The modernist or retro style cellars have never been monogrammed. The underside of each salt is marked CC Hermann, sterling, Denmark and N-58. This set is in great overall condition. There is some wear to a spot of enamel on one of the salts, but as you can see in the photographs, it is hardly noticeable. Each salt measures 2 3/4 by 2 7/8 inches and is 1 1/4 inches tall. Weight: 100 grams or 3.5 ounces. Powered by SixBit’s eCommerce Solution. This item is in the category “Antiques\Silver\Sterling Silver (.925)\Salt Cellars”.
