Skip to main content. Offered Here is an antique Pair of German figural 800 silver salt cellars. These feature a wonderful detailed repousse of Hercules fighting the Hydra. They are triangular in shape with crystal inserts. They measure 1 3/4″ by 1 3/4″ and stand 1 in height. They are decorated on the ends with a crossed sword and arrow over a wreath. Each is marked with the crescent crown and 800 with a hallmark that I cannot decipher. I lightly wiped these off before listing so you could see the detail and not disturb the patina. They are both in very fine antique condition. There is one speck on the crystal insert that can be felt and not seen. Please view and enlarge photos to further aid in description.
