These pieces are made by Dominick & Haff, and date to the late 1800s or early 1900s. The pieces are beautifully hand chased with flowers and scrolls. The lids of the shakers are not threaded, but just insert down into the shakers, and they fit very securely. The interiors of the pieces are spotless, ready for use. These are great quality and well made silver pieces, and would complement any table setting nicely. The salt cellars and shakers are in great overall condition. The underside of both salt cellars is stamped’sterling’ and with the hallmark for Dominick & Haff, as well as the retail mark for Grogan Company. The shakers are hallmarked on the underside with the Grogan retail mark. Each shaker stands approximately 4 inches tall with the lid. Each salt cellar stands approximately 1 3/8 inches tall. The total weight for both shakers and open salts is 230 grams or 8 regular ounces. Powered by SixBit’s eCommerce Solution.
