This recent Estate find is for a Set of WEBSTER COMPANY STERLING SILVER SALT CELLARS plus No Makers mark STERLING STAMPED SILVER SALT & PEPPER SHAKERS with details below. 4 Salt Cellars – Stamped STERLING plus Webster Company hallmark. One each Salt and Pepper Shakers – Stamped STERLING (no maker’s mark/hallmark). Approximate Measurements: Salt/Pepper Shakers – 7/8″Diameter x 1″L – Salt Cellars – 1-3/8″ bowl opening (1″ base). Salt Cellars – 12 sides. Salt/Pepper Shakers – 10 sides. Weight – 20.81 grams. Even though the salt and pepper shakers have no maker’s mark, they are the same pattern as the salt cellars. Salt and pepper shakers are very clean and have the appearance inside of possibly never being used. All pieces are in Excellent overall condition for use and age with some expected wear including natural patina, use wear and some very tiny dings (see last two pictures as example).
