The crown-shaped mark is for Theodor Olsens Eftf, of Bergen, Norway. The seven dots in the circle represent the seven hills that surround the city of Bergen. The “925 S·STERLING” is for silver content. I gave this set a very light rub with a cotton cloth. I think it would benefit from some silver polish, since there is some tarnish. The spoon appears to have some light abrasion. Perhaps that could be polished also. The Cobalt glass insert is removable.
