A very good Pair of Victorian Exeter silver Salt cellars. They are 6cm or 2 1/4 in diameter. 3.5cm or 1 1/2 tall. Total weight is 163 grams. Weight of silver is 97 grams. Cauldron shaped and raised on three hoof feet. Floral and foliate embossing around cartouche with engraved crest of the Lamb and Flag. Hallmarked to base for Exeter, 1879. Maker’s mark of Josiah Williams & Co. In excellent, bright and crisp condition. The silver is without damage or fault. One glass liner has a small chip from the rim.
