A fine pair of early 18th Century solid silver salt cellars. The cellars are in good condition, except for the hallmarks which are quite rubbed. The maker’s mark is part visible, and can be identified as Rebecca Emes and Edward Barnard I. The date letter is just visible on one as an’f’ for London 1821. They are 9.5cm long, 7 cm wide, 4 cm high, and weigh 186 grams for both of them. The hallmarks are quite rubbed. No damage to the silver. We always post items in new packages and pack them securely.
