PAIR OF ART NOUVEAU ETCHED CRYSTAL WITH GOLD VERMEIL STERLING / COIN SILVER BASE OPEN SALT CELLARS, CIRCA 1890s. Pair (2) of Art Nouveau etched crystal with gold vermeil on a sterling / coin silver base open salt cellars. Each salt cellar features a 10-sided etched design on every glass facet. In very well preserved condition, save for a minor chips on each rim, as well as a small crack on one of the glass facets. The base features Art Nouveau gold vermeil on sterling / coin silver motif adorned with four cherubs at each corner. Both stamped Germany and 800 on the bases. Each measures 2.5″x3″x2.
