For your consideration is a neat, unusual George Sharp sterling silver Bucket Form Open Salt Cellar, made circa 1870’s-1880’s. Fantastic, whimsical Piece with a swing handle, and a very realistic Bucket form. George Sharp was a highly regarded Philadelphia Silver Maker in the mid to late 19th Century. This Piece is in very good age appropriate condition- a couple small dings on side (see photo #10), and some scratching on the underside (see photo #11). Monogrammed: “K” on one side, “A” on the other. Marked: George Sharp’s Mark, and “STERLING”. Weight: 54.7 Grams. Handle up Height: 3 Inches. Handle down Height: 1 3/4 Inches.
