There is an oval cobalt blue glass liner. Hallmarks are: HC=Henry Chawner. Rampant Lion=English sterling, Leopard head=London, Date year P=1790, Regent profile=assay mark. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Length=3-1/2 inches, Width from side to side=2 inches, Depth top to bottom=2 inches. This marvelous master salt cellar has been well cared for, gently used and is in excellent antique condition, free from scratching, dents, damage or repairs.
