Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely American Sterling Silver pedestal salt cellar with a cobalt glass liner. Measures 2 1/8″ high with a top diameter of 2 3/8″. Weighs 42 grams (without the glass liner). The silver is marked with “Arrowsmith” inside an arrow and “Sterling”. This attractive pedestal salt has a rolled upper edge and a raised conical base on a squatty stem. Both the silver and the liner are in excellent Estate condition with no flaws or problems. The Arrowsmith Silver Company was in business from 1960 to 1966 in Brooklyn NY and later became Garden Silversmiths Ltd.
