Antique Cartier Sterling Silver Shell Shaped Salt Cellars & Spoons 1901 in Box. Lovely set of Turn of the Century Cartier sterling silver salt cellars with matching spoons. The salt cellars are shaped like a scallop shells with 3 ball feet on the bottom. The spoons have a similarly scalloped shaped bowl with delicate handles and a silver ball on the end of each. All are marked J. This set is in the original velvet and silk lined box. A great gift or addition to your table. Each cellar measures approximately 1 7/8″ by 1 3/4″ by 13/16 high. The spoons are 2 1/8″ long with a 5/8″ diameter bowl. Needs a good polishing.
