Danish 925 sterling silver and skillfully decorated with contrasting golden yellow guilloche enamel. The boxed set consists of an open salt cellar with a matching spoon and pepper shaker. The pieces appear unused, and the golden-yellow enamel is in perfect condition. The salt cellar and shaker are stamped Frigast 925 Denmark. ” The spoon is stamped “Frigast Sterling Silver. The fitted box is embossed with the Frigast logo in gold (top, lower left) and measures 5.13 in. L x 3.13 in. X 1.25 in. The salt cellar measures 2.5 in. L; the Shaker measures 2.25 in. H; the spoon measures 2.63 in. The original box is in very good condition for its age and does have scuffing in the exterior corners to the red surface. The interior of the top (silk) has a small brown stain (see Listing photos). The item’s holder (in the base) has some loss of texture in or around the item’s storage wells. The three (3) items could benefit from a good silver polish. One small spot of tarnish on the side of the salt cellar (bowl) that is approximately 2 mm x 1 mm – again, I believe it can be polished out. Dimensions: 4.75″ tall x 2.5″ square.
